1. About IndulgePass

IndulgePass is a lifestyle and discount membership platform providing users with access to deals, offers, and experiences from partnered venues and retailers (the "Partners") across various categories such as dining, wellness, travel, entertainment, and shopping.

2. Eligibility

To use IndulgePass, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Reside in the United Kingdom.
  • Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
  • Register with accurate, current, and complete information.

3. Membership & Subscription

3.1 Subscription Types

We offer three paid subscription tiers. The availability of offers may vary depending on your plan.

3.2 Payment & Billing

For paid memberships, fees are billed in advance on an annual basis. By subscribing, you authorise us or our third-party payment processor to charge your payment method.

3.3 Renewal & Cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 48 hours before the next billing date. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your account settings or through your app store.

4. Using the App and Offers

4.1 Offer Redemption

Offers are subject to availability and may be subject to additional terms set by the Partner. Always check specific terms before redeeming an offer.

4.2 Partner Responsibilities

IndulgePass is not responsible for the delivery, quality, or safety of any goods or services provided by our Partners. Any disputes regarding an offer must be addressed directly with the relevant Partner.

4.3 Restrictions

  • Offers cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other promotions unless stated.
  • Misuse, unauthorised reproduction, or resale of any offer is strictly prohibited.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the functionality of the Service.
  • Post or transmit any harmful, defamatory, or infringing content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within IndulgePass, including logos, designs, trademarks, graphics, text, and software, is owned by or licensed to IndulgePass and protected under UK intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

IndulgePass is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free access to the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IndulgePass shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the app or website with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
